The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to your computer. For this purpose, your IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.

The data is stored in log files and analyzed to ensure the functionality of the website. The data is also used to optimize the website and to collect statistics. The data is not analyzed for marketing purposes in this context.

These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. Right to erasure (Art 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request that we erase your personal data. The data will be deleted immediately if you so wish.

In certain cases, however, your data cannot be erased:

  • if this data is still required for an active contract;
  • if statutory retention periods or conflicting interests prevent deletion. In this case, however, processing may be blocked for other purposes.

Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
  • The processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead.
  • We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • You have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR and it is not yet clear whether our legitimate reasons outweigh yours.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR.

In the event of an objection, we will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, to transmit those data to a third party.

You also have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 letter a GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.

Furthermore, in exercising your right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 (1) GDPR, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible and provided that this does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

Right to withdraw consent under data protection law (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with effect for the future.
